Your church member has several options when joining a BREATHE ministry. No matter where he or she chooses to be, they are in the position of working for the growth and expansion of the body of Christ, and will be part of a great movement of spreading the message of the gospel throughout the world.
The involvement with BREATHE is divided into 4 levels, Applicant, Member, Staff, and Committee. Please refer below for more information on each of the 4 kinds of involvement..

| Applicant: Becoming a BREATHE Member |
| The first step in becoming a BREATHE Member is registering with the local BREATHE Center. Whether online or via mail, your member will be contacted to attend a scheduled audition to find out the BREATHE position and ministering opportunities that best fits his or her abilities and goals.

|
| Being a BREATHE Member |
BREATHE Members make the ministry a channel, instrument that can be used by God. They work in tandem with BREATHE leadership to melt even the coldest hearts and give rest to the most weary souls. While leadership guides the direction of the team, BREATHE Members are encouraged to actively pursue for the will of God to be done.
Through being a BREATHE Member, your member will be actively involved in BREATHE in regular events and practices, gaining valuable ministry experience, experience in working in a team of diverse Christians and development in their skills and ability in their own field.

| Advance to be a BREATHE Staff Member |
BREATHE Staff Members are experienced ministers in their own ministry. By gaining progressive levels of ministering experience and leadership, these leaders provide valuable guidance to members and organizations in their specialty.
If your church member were to advance to BREATHE Staff Member, it would be a time of rapid development in his or her leadership skills and sense. After the experience your member gain through this period, he or she will gain the ability to lead a team to accomplish projects and actively develop and improve the field that they are involved in.

| Called to be a BREATHE Committee Member |
Committee members are the leaders supporting the active ministers of BREATHE. They are the managers, problem-solvers and planners who lead their ministry in all situations.
They are the members who receive the calling of God to be full-time worship ministers and wishes to strive to fulfill the God inspired vision of BREATHE.
Church members who fully devote themselves to serve full time as a BREATHE Committee Member will be ministers who will dedicate their time to develop and expand the Christian culture in their local region. They will be the ambassador of BREATHE who will work to help Christians grow in their faith and increase the awareness of the importance of Christian Performing Arts in the church.
